Who Has Legal Permission to Conduct Magic Mushroom Studies?
Magic mushrooms have been used by humans for thousands of years. Yet their exact scientific effects are still under scrutiny. In other words, there are special institutions and laboratories which have the legal permission to conduct studies regarding the potential benefits of these remedies on our general health.
The medical conditions which magic mushrooms are known to treat include depression, eating disorders or substance abuse and addiction. The “Psychopharmacology” journal published a study in 2006 stating that mushroom users reported feelings of joy, happiness, positive attitudes towards their daily problems, and so on.
It is scientists and researchers that generally have the permission to legally purchase psilocybin spores for sale to conduct psilocybe mushroom studies. The idea is that these mushrooms need to be studied under laboratory conditions, in a clean and sterile environment to prevent them from developing further. It is the mushroom spores that are legal, and, therefore, the ones which can be studied for medical purposes in general.
Tables must also have the right size so as to include all the tools and equipment required. If everything is well organized, in close proximity, chances of contamination are reduced to a minimum and no legal issues threaten the scientific studies which are conducted. And magic mushrooms are an interesting topic, to be sure.
